Rabbit pie

The rabbit pie didn’t come out too badly. I used this recipe on BBC Food, but substituted an apple and 2 small red onions for the shallots and celery. I didn’t bother with beurre manié and I didn’t paint the pastry with egg yolk because I didn’t have a use for the white. There was a little bit of pastry left over so we have a very tiny apple and cinnamon pie for pudding 🙂
